My Grandparents gathered up their children and moved to Florida in the
late 1930’s. Family stories have it that they had purchased waterfront
property sight unseen near Bayport. When they arrived, they found it was
not just waterfront, but partly under water as well. So they moved more
inland ending up in Lake Lindsey where they lived out their lives.
My mother moved to Tampa with one of her sisters shortly after the family
moved to Florida because jobs were scarce in Brooksville. She met my dad
and after a world wind romance, they were married at the First Methodist
Church down town Brooksville in 1944. I was born several years later in
the Hernando County Hospital. I have lived in the Tampa Bay area most
of my life, choosing to return to Brooksville after retirement. I must say it
fits like an old glove.
I missed the purpose and accomplishment associated with work so I
decided to go into Real Estate to help others fulfill their goals while
achieving satisfaction for having helped in the process. “Whatever it
takes” is my motto. I work hard to help my customers sell or buy property,
and I will work just that way for you.
